Emperor Gituko is the feared ruler of the Predator Droids living in the under layers of Mecka City. The predator droids fuels their core crystals by draining the energy of innocent droids that venture too close to their hunting grounds. 

Gituko is often seen wearing his plasma coated rubber cloak that hides his transmission signal, making him virtually invisible for all scouting droids.
